Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days
Shipping Methods: Standard and Express shipping available
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 AUD within Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return: Contact us at furcessory@gmail.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
